Bowie Experimentada
In the Year 2203
Daniel P Hudelson
The vocals really sound like David in his non-pop mode. Lots of words, not quite sure what it's all about.
The music is unconcerned with conforming to any pop sensibilities, and there are stops and starts and stopping and starting, they feel as if they are all planned out, well choreographed, and it gives the entire song a general vibe and a coldness.
Take the injections, ye who are quarantined! The story is recounted but of a strangeness that the music exaggerates, and in the end I don't know the outcome, but I don't think there was a happy ending.
